Tom Aikens
Working in conjunction with Typeslowly we rebranded Tom Aikens' Michelin starred restaurant in Chelsea.
Our brief from Tom was that he wanted his new identity to reflect the more informal approach of the new business concept and the emphasis of provenance and seasonailty in his menu.
With this in mind we shifted the logo design away from the angular, blocky icon which had been used previously to a lighter more rounded style and briefed Anje Jager to create a series of four seasonal illustrations based around subject matter local to the resaturant, these illustrations were applied to menus, menu envelopes & wraps, business cards and the website.
